Compatible with bars and handles with diameters between 25 mm and 40 mm, they enable athletes to make small weight increments on the same equipment efficiently and effectively. Sold individually, they can be placed on kettlebell handles, in the middle of barbells (especially preloaded ones), and on dumbbell grips. On dumbbells, the light weight doesn’t create significant imbalance, though using two plates per dumbbell is recommended.
